Ambulance Oxygen Supply System
The ambulance oxygen supply system is a centralized oxygen manifold and pressure regulating device specifically designed for ambulances. Control panel can connect to two or more oxygen cylinders simultaneously, reducing cylinder high-pressure oxygen to a specific operating pressure, making it a centralized gas supply device.

Amcaremed ambulance oxygen supply system is suitable for ambulances with high oxygen consumption, delivering cylinder high-pressure oxygen from cylinders to main pipeline of control panel through metal hose.
The system consists of two control panels. Pressure regulating panel integrates high-pressure metal hose, independent cylinder shut-off valve, manómetro, and pressure regulator.
Oxygen outlet and LED alarm panel are integrated into gas supply panel, which can detect and issue alarms for abnormal oxygen supply pressure. Panel provides multiple oxygen outlets, with different standards according to requirements, como BS, Estruendo, and DISS.
Principio de funcionamiento
High-pressure oxygen from the cylinder enters the control panel through metal flexible hoses and individual shut-off valves. Once the valves are opened, oxygen flows into the high-pressure manifold, where system pressure is monitored by the high-pressure gauge. The pressure regulator then reduces the high-pressure oxygen to a controllable low pressure. The regulated oxygen is then delivered to oxygen outlet through the low-pressure pipeline, supplying oxygen therapy terminals and ventilators. The safety valve provides automatic over-pressure protection, ensuring stable and safe oxygen delivery throughout ambulance operation.
