Amcaremed multiple zone valve box allows healthcare staff to easily isolate and shut off gas flow to individual zones, such as operating rooms, intensive care units (ICUs), or patient wards, for maintenance, emergencies, or other operational needs. Available in single (houses 1 valve) or multiple (houses 2 to 6 valves) types, accommodating a variety of valve sizes.

Medical gas zone valve boxes is designed to manage the flow of medical gases (such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, and vacuum) to specific zones within a facility. It allows for quick and easy shut-off in case of emergencies or during maintenance without disrupting gas delivery to other areas.
A single box can hold from 1 to 6 valves, allowing control of 6 types of gas. All valves are cleaned for medical gas service and include dual gauge ports on the valve extensions.
The box is made from cold rolled sheet materials, ensuring long-term reliability and resistance to corrosion. It is suitable for installation in hospital corridors, mechanical rooms, or other critical areas. Equipped with a clear, transparent front panel that allows healthcare staff to visually inspect the gas pressure without opening the box.
Specifications
- 3 piece brass ball valve, 100% gas tightness test.
- Type “K” copper pipe extensions that are cleaned for medical gas service shall be fitted into each side of the valve.
