Automatic Solenoid Medical Gas Manifold

AM-100D Series Hospital Automatic Solenoid Medical Gas Cylinder Manifold is fully automatic and has pressure regulators with LED Display. The solenoid valve technology allows us to eliminate the shuttle valve and it can be realized automatically switch do not need operator debugging. In the electrical system power state, it can maintain continuous supply medical gas. It’s economical and efficient for hospital medical gas pipeline system.

Meets NFPA99, HTM02-01 and GB50751-2012 Standard.

 

Installation Precautions

1. Forbid Non-professional personnel operating gas automatic manifold control box.

2. To protect personal safety, it is forbidden to use without a reliable grounding device.

3. Operation of the pressure reducer must be standing on the side pressure reducer, it is forbidden to stand on the front to prevent a failure occurs.

4. It is forbidden to strong adjustment pressure reducer handle to the bottom, it’s may cause pressure reducer of failure.

5. All the accessories and equipment shall be prohibition oil ,and must be professional personnel for taking care of maintenance.

6. It is forbidden to quickly open the valve, Quickly open the valve may let gauge sand instrument damage.

7. Valve must be slowly operating , when found outside valve gas leakage, should be after debugging, and then to use.

8. Prohibit using a direct fire around medical gas manifold.

9. All equipment shall be banned with oil operation, Prohibited operation with oil gloves.

10.  It is prohibited to haven’t closed manifold angle valve and cylinder valves to replacement cylinder.

11. High pressure hose please change once a year, pressure reducer solenoid valve general maintenance once a year.

12. To prevent electric shock, all wiring work complete then can power supply, with electric wiring is prohibited.

13. To prevent the equipment damage or failure, please use the our request voltage to power supply, avoid to cause fire or damage.

14. The output relay service life on the basis of different switch capacity and switch conditions there is a big gap, therefore must take into consideration the actual conditions of use.Please use the output relay under the rated load and the service life of the electric .If the output relay over its service life, electric shock may be melting or burning out.

15. This equipment cannot be installed outdoors, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the product or get an electric shock accidents.

16. The manifold operating environment 0°C （32F）-50°C(122 F), Relative humidity is 35-85% RH.

17. Avoid using at having too much dust in the working place and have a corrosive gas place.

18. Avoid using at where there is strong vibration and impact.

19. Avoid using at strong inductive interference and other adverse effects place.

2o. Avoid using at where there is water overflow and oil splash.

21. Medical gas automatic manifold should be connector gas before electricity, to ensure connector gas first then open equipment before the power supply.

22. Medical gas automatic manifold power controller is the special product, adoption other brand power controller is forbidden.
