Introduction of medical gas valve box

The medical gas valve box includes the isolation valves ball valve, hospital gas threaded ball valve and zone valve box assembly, accommodating a variety of valve sizes. All valves are cleaned for medical gas service and include dual gauge ports on the valve extensions. Furthermore, these gas valves are easy and quick to install with the medical gas system including gas alarm, air compressor, oxygen generator, and gas manifold.

Description

AcareMed isolation valves are available in sizes 1/2 to 2-1/2, used for safety purposes, also servicing gas systems. The ball valve consists of stainless steel material, and it tests easily when completing a medical gas installation. The valve is also useful when conducting maintenance on alarm systems and shutting off gas distribution to individual zones.

The hospital gas-threaded ball valve is a 3-piece ball-type. Design with a stainless steel body ball for sizes 1/2″ to 2″. And it consists of stainless steel ball and stem, locking lever handle, socket weld end connections. Valves are operated by a lever-type handle. Require only a quarter-turn from a fully open position to a fully closed position. Such design can prevent valves from wobbling during installation so as to prevent damage due to heat transfer during the brazing operation.

Zone valve box (AVSU) assembly consists of a steel valve box that can house two to six shut-off ball valves with tube extensions, an aluminum frame, and a pull-out removable opaque or clear window. Up to six valves can be configured within a single rough-in box, reducing installation time. AVSU provides a safe, fast method for providing medical gases without shutting down the gas supply or disrupting patients. It facilitates a variety of hospital area gas supplying such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide as well as nitrogen. Besides, AVSU can also be used for area gas pressure or vacuum switching.
