AmcareMed medical gas manifold is fully automatic installed in the hospital gas cylinder room. It’s used for operating rooms and other functional rooms at the hospital. Consists of cylinders, automatic manifold.
AmcareMed manifold changed cylinder according to the pressure sensor and the electromagnetic valve automatically changed. When one pcs manifold cylinder low pressure it is automatically changed to another manifold cylinder. (Noted the new cylinder cannot be switched immediately after being replaced.)
The automatic alarm device works with the switcher cylinder. Besides, it can inform the duty officer to replace empty cylinders on time. The manifold alarm has a remote connection at the nurse station.
AmcareMed medical gas manifold high pressure reducing valve anti-icing and manifold can continuously supply oxygen in the case of power failure. Therefore, this ensures the safety of the medical gas supplier.
Gas manifold high-pressure pigtail, switching devices, reducing pressure outlets, low-pressure gas output as well as the secondary reducing outlet in the gas manifold are all grounding for lightning protection and electrostatic protection. The grounding resistance is less than or equal to 10 Ohm.
The automatic gas manifold project is installed with 5 cylinders on each side located in the gas source room on the tenth floor. While automatic carbon dioxide (CO2) manifold is installed with 3 cylinders on each side located in the gas source room on the seventh floor.
