AmcareMed oil-free scroll air compressor systems are manufactured in compliance with ISO 13485 and EN 61000 standards, ensuring safe, clean, and energy-efficient compressed air for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
The skid-mounted oil free scroll air compressor features two or more oil-free scroll pumps. Controlled via a PLC touchscreen interface and includes a five-stage filtration unit—comprising gas-water separation, dust removal, oil removal, high-precision filtration, and sterilization. It combines automatically controlled drain valve, dryer, pressure sensor, air tank, dew point, and carbon monoxide monitors on a single skid base for easy installation and maintenance.
